Questions

Before you start

Is this affiliated with Ahpra, the NMBA or NCSBN?

No. NextGen Nurses is an independent study resource. The practice stations and questions are original teaching material, not real exam items. Always follow the current official candidate handbook for your exam.

How do I get access after I pay?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Create an account in the app with the same email you used at checkout. Access is unlocked on that account once your purchase is confirmed, and you'll see the full course the next time you sign in.

Is OSCE Prep really a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once and keep access for your first sitting and any resit, with content updates included.

How does NCLEX Hero billing work?

Choose a monthly payment (A$42.99 each month) or pay every 3 months (A$84.99, about A$28.33 a month). Your plan renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time.

How do I contact support?

Message our support team on WhatsApp using the link at the bottom of this page. We can help with payments, account access and unlocking your course.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Both apps work in your phone's browser, and the videos are filmed in portrait for phones.

I'm preparing for both exams. Do I need two accounts?

Each app has its own sign-in. You can use the same email for both.
